Ordering and shipping
Right now, all our scented pearled candle products are provided in white. In the future, we will have limited seasonal color ones. To get updates on new products and promotions, please follow us on social media or sign-up our newsletter.
Shipping & Delivery
You can enjoy free shipping on orders over 120 pounds.
We now only ship within the UK and do not offer international shipping. If you need to place an order to ship outside the UK, please reach out to us at airmelodyuk@outlook.com. Keep in mind that free shipping is not provided for international orders, and shipping fees are different among orders, depending on the distance.
Extinguish pearled candles
You can choose from the use of a flame snuffer, dipping of the wick using a wick dipper, or simply blowing it out gently. (For the pearled products, they won’t fly around if you blow in a careful way. For the best method, we suggest using a candle extinguisher, which could be found here.
Do you have to use a new wick every time?
Not at all. You can reuse the same wick and relight it as many times as you like until it burns out. Each wick generally takes around 10 to 12 hours. We also provide extra wicks with every pearled candle, so you can easily refresh the candle and make it look new whenever you want.
You can trim the wick and reuse the part that is still good, or put it in the melt pool, making the candle look new without a waste. Just note that cutting the wick will reduce the time it burns.
Why does the wick extinguish quickly?
The most common cause that the wick does not burn for 10 to 12 hours is if the wick tip is sticking out too far from the pearls. When inserting the wick, we should make sure only about a quarter-inch of the tip is exposed—just enough to light it. If the wick sticks out further, it will burn out faster.
Scents:
Please be aware that our pearled candles will have a stronger scent when they are unlit and still in the package. Once they are lit, the fragrance is from mild to medium, not overpowering. If you prefer a strongly scented candle, our pearled candle products may not be your best choice.
Adding your own scent
You could add a few drops of your favorite essential oil or candle fragrance oil close to the wick BEFORE lighting it.
Please do so at your own risk and comfort level, keeping in mind oils are very flammable and should never be added to a burning candle. You'll find that some oils work better than others, so experiment carefully until you find some that work.
Users are responsible for modifications made to candles, including changes to colors or scents.
Ingredients and pet-friendly
Our pearls are made from plants, vegan materials and also burn with minimal smoke and soot.
However, we still recommend keeping them away from pets as they are not edible and involve real fire when burned.
